Fitness Classes


Each session is designed to encourage you to work out at your full potential, to help you shift any excess body fat caused through consuming too many treats or through not being as active as you should have. The beauty of our classes is how effective they are in helping you to improve your body shape and increase your stamina, so you can wear the clothes you want to wear and do the things you want to do. And these days, where we value our health more than ever, we all need to boost our immune system – don’t we?!

I’ve had gym memberships and ended up paying to stay at home, so not the right option for me. Three years ago, I signed up for six weeks of Rob’s boot Camp and never looked back. Not once has he repeated a class; I don’t know how he makes every one of them different, but it’s brilliant! In 2015 I did the Great Eastern half marathon. I’ve never been a runner but with the support of Rob and my fellow Boot Campers – I did it. Rob gets the best from everyone, even us morning Boot Campers: it really is better than staying in bed!

I’ve been going to Stamford Boot Camp now for four years and have loved every session. I first started after having a baby and it’s been a huge journey for me – mentally and physically.
